Description
Kasuga Maru is scheduled to be launched on the west coast of South America after completion as one of the best luxury cruise ships in Japan at that time, both Nitta Maru and Yawata Maru, and was launched by Mitsubishi Nagasaki Shipbuilding in September 1945.
However, it was remodeled as an aircraft carrier immediately after its launch, and in 1945, it was recruited by the Navy as a special aircraft carrier Taiyo.
